PowerPoint 2010: create custom icon for exe

IcoFX use the software (freeware)

1) Create the first image as a 256x256, 32-bit color.

2) Choose Icon, Create Icon From Windows Image ...

3) In the dialog box to put check marks:

XP Colors 16x16, 32x32, 48x48, 256x256 256 Colors

16x16, 32x32, 48x48

16 Colors 16x16, 32x32, 48x48

(Note: only 16 colors 48x48 box is not pre-selected)

4) Remove the check marks from Options, Preferences, Options, Compress 256x256 images for Windows Vista.
