Windows Problem: "The print spooler service is not running"

Problem: In Windows
the printer does not work with the message:
" The print spooler service is not running "

Solution:
from Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services :
list (alphabetically), click Print Spooler
click Restart the service.

In view of the Control Panel to categories you have to choose
Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Administrative Tools, Services.
